1. Who we are

binderup.pro ("we", "us") operates a SaaS connector between D365FO and Azure DevOps.

binderup.pro follows a "Privacy by Design" approach, ensuring that we only collect the absolute minimum data required to manage your subscription.

2. Personal data we process

Account and Subscription Data: Email address and a unique, non-identifiable Client ID used to manage your license and subscription.

Payment Data: Handled exclusively by Paddle as our Merchant of Record. We do not receive or store your credit card or full payment details.

What we do NOT process: Our connector acts as a bridge directly between your D365FO and Azure DevOps environments. We do not collect, store, or have access to the business data, logs, or source code synchronized through the connector. All such data remains within your own controlled environments.

3. Purposes

We process the limited data mentioned in section 2 for the following specific purposes:

• License Management: To verify your subscription status and ensure that the connector is authorized for use based on your chosen plan.
• Billing & Payments: To facilitate subscription payments, tax calculations, and invoicing through our partner, Paddle.
• Customer Support: To assist you with technical inquiries or billing issues tied to your account email.
• Security & Fraud Prevention: To prevent unauthorized use of licenses and protect the integrity of the licensing system.
• Legal Compliance: To fulfill our obligations regarding bookkeeping, tax reporting, and other regulatory requirements.

Important: We do not use your data for marketing purposes, nor do we sell or share it with third parties, except for the essential service providers listed in section 5.

4. Legal basis

We process your data based on the following legal grounds:

• Contractual Necessity: To fulfill our agreement to provide you with a valid software license and access to the connector.
• Legitimate Interests: To maintain the security of our licensing system, prevent unauthorized use, and provide technical support.
• Legal Obligations: To comply with tax, bookkeeping, and accounting laws (e.g., maintaining records of transactions and revenue generated through our reseller, Paddle).

5. Hosting and processors

We use under-processors including:

• Microsoft Azure: hosting and operations.
• Paddle: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

We have data processing arrangements in place with our vendors.

6. Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above and in accordance with applicable law.

7. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights such as access, rectification, erasure, objection, and restriction of processing. Contact us at support@binderup.pro.

8. International transfers

We primarily process data within the EU/EEA. However, some of our service providers (such as Microsoft and Paddle) may process limited data in countries outside the EU/EEA (e.g., the United States or the UK). In such cases, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or adequacy decisions, to ensure a level of data protection equivalent to that in the EU.

9. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, and loss.

We may update this Privacy Policy. The "Last updated" date indicates when changes were made.

We use essential cookies to manage the checkout process and for fraud prevention via our partner Paddle. These cookies are necessary for the service to function.
